ETS 2/ATS Default Lighting System Improvements

I will spend my next 2 weeks to improve default lighting system. I will continue new lighting system (PBR) after that. There is not that much I can do with default lighting system but I will try my best to improve the quality. I added a few screenshots with the changes I did today. I will try to do all the changes I can in 2 weeks to get best result with default lighting.

These are the changes probably I'm going to make:
Improve foliage rendering like I did in lighting improvements
New tonemap, HDR -> LDR for better colors
New reflection system (Screen Space Reflections) together with default reflections (not sure if its needed)
SSAO improvements
Maybe some fog changes
Maybe some rain improvements

Remove background blur, that consumes a lot of resources.
