January Story: Banished from the Hero's Party, I'll Become Their New Daddy Instead

Literally "Another World", stories like Konosuba, Sword Art Online, etc, about people from the "real" world living in a new, magical world. Hundreds and hundreds of them. The market is well and truly saturated.
So some authors put a spin on it, the "Banished from the Hero's Party" subgenre. Now, instead of being a random schmuck, the characters are a part of the magical world. They have world-class competence, being a member of the Hero's Party, a group that is destined to save the world by defeating the demon king. Why are they banished?
Because that's a great story engine for giving you characters that have all the power, but none of the responsibility. They can fuck off and do whatever the hell they please. Throw in a revenge plot as they rub it in the rest of the party's face how much better they are, and how the party can't function at all without them. It's a newer trend, but we're already starting to see it move down the pipeline into anime with shows like Banished from the Hero's Party, I Decided to Live a Quiet Life in the Countryside or Beast Tamer.
Well, I saw an announcement for a new anime coming up titled The Hero Took Everything from Me, So I Partied with the Hero’s Mother! How fun does that sound? Cute moms are the best! Excited, I decided to read the manga...
...and oh boy, it's hot garbage.
It's so terrible, I decided to write the version of the story that came to mind when I first read that title. This is that story.
No mind control or dubious consent in this one, folks. Just a good, old-fashioned workplace romantic comedy about a big himbo stud and a quartet of hot, busty, horny moms.
