It is really difficult to separate work and home life and I totally know what you're going through when something bad comes up, and that feeling of guilt that comes along with it - like you should be working when this happens cause a lot of people are counting on you. Take a breath and just realise we want you at 100% and taking time to get there is in our interest as well. Take your time and I hope everything is okay :)

2018-06-22 09:57:29 +0000 UTCWorking from home is, I have to say, something of a nightmare. Trying to maintain the gap between work and home is really tricky. I've been doing it for 10 years and it's still weird. I recommend getting a dog and taking it for a walk at the beginning and the end of the day so that can be your "commute" and decompression time. Anyway, best of luck with it!
