2021-07-02 05:31:34 +0000 UTCI do my best haha, frankly I’m not too sure, I’ve stopped doing studies but I guess it’s because making comics forces me to draw backgrounds on the spot I got a little experience but nothing extraordinary. If it wasn’t comics I wouldn’t be drawing backgrounds at all haha. I just made it apart of my process even if it’s not always apart of it sometimes. Either way, if I could I always supplement simpler backgrounds with whatever 3d models I have for more complex scenes. Like in sorens story, most of the later backgrounds are 3d models of the estate to help with pace and quality
