also baby fever is real and alexandire has it really bad. Hell forget the hardships when he sees his kids and always wonders why he isn’t having more. soren can reign only meager amount of control before succoming.
they’re hardcore parents just as much as they are warriors.
if i ever get down to it, I’d love to Explore the opinions of the aristocracy about the dukes of war. their shenanigans in attempting to weaken his control especially by trying to ”seduce” or threaten his husband. (Soren) of course the ones who’ve actually dealt with Soren during war know that he’s not ”tame” in comparison to alexandire. He only has a nicer personality, (there’s a reason why the duke wanted him in the first place, they would argue) but some of the aristocrats end up finding out the hard way. (So itll be even harder to gain soren’s favor) the children are definitely going to play with the aristocrats as well, and just before their plans fail, they realize a bit too late that the dukes.... are actually together.
extra information I never made a comic about:
-alexandire thinks mister/mistresses are useless unless they can beat soren. his family is a close match- but they don’t have the same millitary experience. But alexandire did ask why soren didn’t have one at any point in their marriage.
-Soren never thought hard of having a mister/mistress since he preferred his time with his daughter. Worrying about backstabbers also put him off. after developing a romantic relationship with alexandire, it stopped crossing his mind.
something to that effect is what he replied with.
