Right to left (sensitive themes!) wip Leo and ash comic

for the new folks, Leo and ash are a part of the story called two-way street, which is mainly focused on their lives as young adults working and developing friendships. They are both autistic men in a romantic relationship Who have learned to help each other when times are tough. It starts with Leo getting a job at the local musuem as a big and flower fossil cataloger! I have a couple comics aleady done and I have posted them on my Instagram (and all of them is found under the two way street #)
now onto my thoughts... I... am iffy on the last few pages... but I can make it make sense by detailing the faces of those extra characters as laughing and smirking in some panels. Of course leo is an optimist while ash is a lot less inclined to trust the friends He has, (I think I’ll be changing the dialogue a little to have it say more on the lines that small acts of kindness is not enough for him to trust them.) since only two characters are helping Leo, the lady Cleo and the other worker. And in part, were socializing together with that very bad lady before.
if y’all have read this far, you can input your thoughts here! Even some suggestions to change (the parts I’m most unsure of is ash’s current dialogue and if it makes sense) or to say it’s fine as is!

It touches a very raw place in me, especially the last panels with Ash. It hit very close to home. Just rephrasing it maybe would make it clearer from a story telling perspective. But it already hit a very soft spot for someone who recognizes it. Thank you so much for your work!! 🥰
