royal prince imp

had a small day dream about a demure prince who unlike their family, is a soft hearted royal. their family is full of administrators and warriors for the many members of the royal court. a distinguished member of royalty itself. they have many siblings and their older brother is fiercely protective. worried that this gentle temperment of theirs is unfit for the harshness of the upper class.

regardless, this softie remains gentle, sometimes they may appear unfazed, but they are very emotional and attached to things easily. in the dream, the prince meets an imp of a much lower class. this imp didn't know the prince was a royal, just a rich one. despite it so, they become quick friends and fall for each other. they play and explore and the prince always comes home dirty but in high spirits. the last i remember is that the red pink imp shows them around the plains and forests they visit, even traveling as far as the shoreline, given permission to travel. the older brother caught them being romantic. truly what suprised the older brother is how well the prince lied to him, even making things up on the fly, and sometimes going as far to question his own memory. thats all i had in the super short dream, essentially a background to their clothes, and i wanted to draw the fashion, style, and meanings of the royal court and upper class fashion. example: unlike typical imps, upper class makes their children wear skirts very ealry on, even making them long and drapy. its a form of high class status to wear long skirts, due to the costs of making such a long piece of fabric. they are adorned with gold and accessories as well. the kids have fashion trends meant for them, and styles for the pregnant, for the married, for the single, and for each owns profession and type of event.
