001 in the end,, knows that 002 was inevitable, but he feels immense sadness knowing that another will go through hell too. as lonely as it may be, hell never wish for someone to go through what he went through. thats why he says sorry. hes sorry for 002 being born.
the first time 001 met 002, who has been freshly created, still in his tube. 002 has been awake for a while, but is currently resting when 001 came.
002 is like a new born, so he has no real idea of anything, even the idea of clothes itself. just like 001, but this time, another being like 002 will be there with him. (physically, zero is there mentally)

2023-05-27 16:20:06 +0000 UTCextremely quickly, they pick up and mimic words and sounds after a few days of being born, and begin to understand basic sentence structure, grammar, and meanings a month in. the scientist do teach them, and zero making the teachings easier as well as more complex on the numbers to fasten their learning. so it didn't take long for 002 to learn words and get to work. he even remembers the first words said to him which were 'im sorry' by 001. the numbers have incredibly memory so it isn't weird that 002 knows things from his first days of being born.
