Yes that was so weird to hear the neural link stuff. Whatever it was, I definitely know for a fact that he could absorb him because he was a full on robot/android. 16 is indeed very powerful!!

2024-06-01 00:20:23 +0000 UTCCell couldn't absorb 16 because he is an android and fully mechanical. 16 and Cell are equal in power, but in a battle of attrition, 16 should win since he too has infinite stamina. He does have some neat tricks, but he's kind of lacking in the finishing moves department... or rather, he doesn't perform them in the most direct and effective way.
