2025-05-26 07:39:32 +0000 UTCThis episode is one of the funniest contrasts between Toei’s pacing and Toriyama’s. 98% of it was chill filler, but then the moment it covers the manga events it goes at lightning speed. There are pros and cons to both approaches Also fun fact, Gregory is an anime only character. Toei wanted one more character on King Kai’s planet in the anime so they asked Toriyama to give them a design. He isn’t actually in the original manga at all
