I wanted to thank you all for your support and participation.
Times are hard...
This activity takes me about 40 hours a week and doesn't earn me much after the cost of tools, electricity and taxes.
Last week, Patreon offered to increase the price of my subscriptions but that's not something I want.
I'm not very popular because I prefer to be creative than to create illustrations of Genshin impact/honkai/blue archive, etc...
This is who I am and I will continue to be the same because this is what I love.

It doesn't matter where you live,... please don't reply that he could move to a cheap place in Africa, a decent life might be more expensive there than in "developed" nations. I have been an addict to doujinshi illustrations for longer than a decade and can attest that Kuroi truly stands out, but as he well says this is not necessarily convenient as most audience have downgraded severely. It seem all they want to see is watermelon-size breasts, butts with thin abdomens. The platforms are not cooperating either. Pixiv, the top doujinshi illustration site, sucks. Both the company and its audience is plain hostile to AI. Pixiv banned donations for AI authors and the general audience is also hostile to AI, they consistently give very few likes to their works. Meanwhile, very simplistic and boring traditional works receive thousands of likes. I have seen plenty of cases. There's more great AI authors that do not even want to hear about opening a Patreon account due to the small appreciation they receive in pixiv. X is hostile to sexual works. Plenty of authors have posted sexual works there, but they can be taken down at any time. Many authors have their work ruined by having a warning before people can see them. It get's aggravating having to step a dumb warning before seeing a work over and over, especially when X completely covers several works. X also makes life hard for users, it doesn't let you freely give likes as it labels you suspect of being a bot, then it won't freely let you message authors. Kuroi also makes a good effort to please us. Again, I have plenty of experience. Just yesterday I asked another author I support (Rico) to quit pixeling vaginas and show them clearly, as this is a private site of supporters, and this is not a Japanese site. Actually, there's already works in pixiv showing raw vaginas. His answer was that Japanese law forbids drawing raw vaginas. True! The sizes or resolutions of his works is about 700 by 1000, poor. Again, as usual he won't try to improve or change. Never mind I already support him at the highest level, $20. I'm ditching of course! I already support Kuroi at the max level of $25. Guys, don't be bad and raise your support level please. You all are surely spending more and any other trivial stuff. These illustrations are not trivial. This is art, true art, which only us are supporting. And you Kuroi, you can also open more memberships at higher prices. There's got to be a way for you to spend less time creating. Actually, as for me, you can stop your work altogether and just receive my cooperation until I lose my work. I already have thousands of your works.
