we originally scouted this location to shoot a water concept, submerged in a pond: but when we arrived at the area, there were posted signs all around the lake that there was quicksand and swimming was forbidden. it felt very “princess pride” in that moment. we chose to still utilize the surrounding trees and foliage in the area to capture a sense of whimsy. i’m grateful there was a breeze to aid the dancing movement between the branches.
