Super easy, the roof is a so called roof tile. You can delete or hide it like any other tile with the tile Tools. You need to click on this little "Level" icon to be able to the select roof tiles.

2022-02-05 08:55:51 +0000 UTCHey so I disclaimer I am probably an idiot. I use these maps as a battle map with a projector with foundry. No tokens, physical minis. The first floor map has a roof on it and you can't see the interior. Anyone know how I can fix that when the 'players' cannot manipulate the map or zoom it? It's perfectly fine on my end it's just the players.
