In the mange it was explained that the emperor eye can see the sweat level and the exhaustion of the muscles which leads a high iq player like akashi to easily play against. Akashi is very analytical and is using this information to beat his opponents. Great ep!

2021-07-02 22:57:24 +0000 UTCI love this game so much. Akashi and Midorima/Takao are some of my favorite characters in the series. Seeing Midorima’s character growth always brings me to tears. And then don’t even get me started on Akashi and his emperor theme music. I cannot wait for the next episode. It is in my top five of the entire series.
