Chapter 2 – The Eternal Beauty Woke Up to the Mission of Anti Fate

Part 1

Kusanagi Godou was reunited with an old acquaintance the madam in a town of Hyperborea that he didn’t even know the name of.

The sun had already passed its zenith. In earth time it was early  afternoon. Godou was walking through the main street while dragging  Madam Aisha and his partner Erica.

He planned to meet up with his companions who were waiting at the town’s outskirt.

「Oh my. So Ena-san is also in Hyperborea!?」

Madam Aisha rejoiced after she listened to the situation for a bit.

「How lovely it is to be able to reunite with familiar people one after another! Perhaps Voban-oniisama is also here.」

「That gramps……I wonder about him.」

「Since Godou won the devil king civil war, we haven’t heard any rumor  about the marquis at all……so we wonder if he isn’t reincarnating  anymore.」

Godou tilted his head while Erica also commented in respond to the mention of the unexpected name.

「Well, conversely he is also the undisputed most atrocious Campione,  so I won’t be surprised at all even if he suddenly revive out of  nowhere.」

「Oi oi. Don’t say that kind of unlucky thing.」

「It won’t be strange at all for anything to happen when it come to  crazy creatures like you guys. More importantly Godou. Let’s face the  certain reality rather than talking about uncertain future. ……There is a  boy tailing us you know?」

As expected from a magician. Erica reported as though she had eye at the back of her head.

「A handsome and tall boy. He doesn’t look like someone that can harm a  bug──he feels like what you usually call a shallow person. Also, there  is a female doll sitting on his shoulder.」

「……What?」

「Looks like you have an idea about this person.」

「For some reason, that description also sound like someone I know……ah!?」

Madam Aisha looked behind and felt shocked.

Godou also did the same thing. As expected, there was the person in his mind approaching. He immediately called out.

「Hey kouhai. What a small world to meet you again here.」

Godou grinned at his encounter with Rokuhara Ren after so long.

He had met him several times since coming to Hyperborea. Until now  they had fought together or at least held back from interfering with  each other but──.

It made him curious that even Madam Aisha looked like she was meeting an old acquaintance.

In the end the most bothersome devil queen in the multiverse behind Godou spoke out some very unexpected words.

「Ah. So Rokuhara-san and Kusanagi-san are already acquainted.」

「I’m the one who is shocked here that Aisha-san actually know about this guy.」

「Hee! So both of you senpais are friends with each other.」

「As expected from someone who is a godslayer despite the plain look, you have very strange acquaintances.」

Rokuhara Ren and the small goddess Stella who was sitting on his left shoulder spoke alternately.

An unusual occurrence where three Campiones were present in one spot.  The person who was the youngest among them immediately brought up the  main topic.

「Um, about that. Today rather than with Kusanagi-senpai, my business is──」

Ren smiled casually with a lighthearted mood as he turned his gaze to the female Campione.

「With Aisha-san instead. That’s the reason I’m here. No, I was just  asked by Umayado no Taishi-sama though……he asked me if I can secure  Aisha-san in order to put the mess that is occurring in many worlds  right now in order.」

「What do you mean a mess?」

「You never saw it Kusanagi-senpai? The gates that connect to other  world called space distortion. That thing appeared in various worlds in  the multiverse, and I heard that it’s caused by Aisha-san’s authority  running wild.」

Godou was startled by what Ren said.

It was a supernatural phenomenon that he had been aware of since more  than ten years ago. Sometimes he even made use of it to travel to other  dimension.

Now that Ren mentioned it, the phenomenon was certainly similar with Madam Aisha’s authority, the Fairy Corridor!

Ren grinned seeing Godou’s face lighting up in understanding.

「The king of the Capital of the Dead want to do something about it.  It seems he is planning to do various experiments to stop the expansion  of space distortion.」

「U-umm, the words of restrain and experiment sounds unpleasant though!」

The Madam Aisha in question interrupted.

However Ren said some even more dangerous sounding words with a carefree tone.

「Aa. Taishi-sama also said 『Perhaps there will also be things that  has to be done no matter what whether the person herself agree to it or  not』. That’s why it doesn’t matter even if force has to be used, just  bring her to me, that’s the request that I was asked to do. In exchange  he will give us a thousand Zombie-kun for our city.」

「No way, Ren-san! Aren’t we friends!?」

「But, I’m also a good friend with Umayado no Ouji you see……」

Surely Madam Aisha couldn’t accept being treated as a 『criminal』 so suddenly.

Aisha was desperately making her appeal. On the other hand Rokuhara ren was brushing her off.

As for Godou,

『No, it’s Aisha-san we’re talking about. It’s more than possible for  her to do all those. The theory’s persuasiveness is staggering.』

Even though there wasn’t any proof at all, he had quickly believed that theory. However he too had his own plan.

Godou immediately covered the main suspect behind him.

「My bad kouhai. I’m planning to have Aisha-san accompany me in a business. Your experiment can wait for later.」

「That means, it’s finally time for a direct confrontation against senpai huh……」

Rokuhara Ren chuckled with an impish smile.

Before this they had once gotten into a direct confrontation. But, at  that time they stopped just before both of them could get serious and  teamed up to defeat their shared enemy Vahagn.

Certainly this time it was 『finally』 a confrontation where they would put their life on the line──.

Godou readied himself. However Ren easily said with a lighthearted tone.

「I’ll pass. Let’s stop it, because it’s dangerous.」

「That’s right Ren. The situation isn’t good right now.」

Stella on his left shoulder also agreed with her host with a composed expression. Godou was dumbfounded.

「W-whaatt? You said that in this flow of event!?」

「See, before this, after I parted with Kusanagi-senpai, I returned  back to my own world where a lot of things happened. Now I’m unable to  use my power well.」

「Right right. Ren isn’t in his best condition. He needs rest.」

Stella also put in her two cents smoothly.

Godou who was raising his vigilance based on his experience of facing  fellow Campione until now felt like the ladder below his feet was  suddenly taken away from him. His secretly clenched fist was moving  aimlessly.

On the other hand, Erica muttered with an impressed look.

「The godslayer-sama this time is real tricky isn’t he. To think that  the self-proclaimed and fake pacifist Godou is being toyed like this……」

「Ah. So you are also senpai’s comrade, miss. I’m Rokuhara Ren, nice to meet you~」

Furthermore he also slyly gave a playboyish greeting at Erica.

The senior Erica, Godou, and Aisha were taken off guard by this behavior of Rokuhara Ren──right after that.

「That’s why let me use this instead of getting into a direct confrontation.」

「Ren, you──that eye!?」

Rainbow luster suddenly shined out from Rokuhara Ren’s left eye.

That light swallowed Godou and even Erica and Madam Aisha. They were  lit up by the light──and of course that wasn’t all. The light even  become a wave of mysterious magical power too.

The mysterious wave was penetrating into Godou’s body.

Godou was feeling that while noticing the fact that he couldn’t move.

He couldn’t even make his finger twitch! Was it an authority of  binding? No, this wasn’t something that simple. He felt it from his kind  that the danger of this thing was even deeper than that.

(Erica and even Aisha-san are completely petrified……!)

Erica was frozen with her expression still staying astonished.

Madam Aisha seemed to have jump up from surprise while bending  backward. Her expression seemed to be saying 『Hyoeeh!?』 while she was  slightly floating in the air.

(She is floating in the air, so this isn’t just a binding? Just what is this authority!?)

This authority was simply mysterious and terrifying no matter how he looked at it.

However right now Godou’s mind was still running normally even with  his body frozen. It must be thanks to his unique resistance against  magic and curse from being a Campione just barely resisting the attack.

His resistance was just barely preventing him from completely falling to Rokuhara Ren’s 『eye』.

But, Godou’s state of desperately thinking inside his head──was noticed.

Ren grinned and stared toward him.

「As expected, Campione can resist it even when getting hit head on like this. The petrification can’t finish completely……」

「Ren-! Increase your magic eye’s power more!」

「Roger Stella. Let’s try it────ah. This might be bad.」

Ren muttered those suspicious words after following the little goddess’s urging.

The rainbow luster shining from Ren’s left eye suddenly became  extremely bright. Until now the light only shined Godou and others who  were in front of him.

However right now the light shined on all the townspeople who happened to be on this road.

All the people who got shined froze without exception.

「Uwah. What’s going on here!?」

「R-Ren’s magic eye, it’s running wild! Geez. This is why the authority from that stupid goddess is just not worth it-!」

Ren and Stella got noisy──they were slowly floating to the sky.

Unbelievably they reached the height where they were overlooking the  town from the city. Everything below of them got completely swallowed by  the rainbow light that was shining from the magic eye.

Even birds that were flying in the sky (!) got frozen inside that luster.

In contrast, Godou was heightening his magical power as high as he could.

(KUOOOOOOOOOOH!)

Campione’s resistance toward curse would heighten the greater the magic power that was residing in their body and heart was.

It was effective. Godou’s body finally regained its freedom and he  stomped strongly on the ground. Furthermore even Madam Aisha also freed  herself from the petrifaction at the same timing.

「R-Ren-san’s authority, it’s like the magic eye of Voban-niisama-」

The madam who was floating just slightly above the ground landed lightly.

Godou also held exactly the same opinion like the most veteran female Campione.

「Certainly, its effect is reaching until very large distance! Anyway Aisha-san, let’s get away from here now!」

Godou was surprised when he tried to shoulder Erica’s frozen body.

She didn’t even budge. After thinking for a bit, Godou reached out  and touched Erica’s shoulder. He strongly imagined 『be released from the  magic eye’s authority』.

Campione could use their resistance to 『void』 even the magic that was applied to their surrounding.

In the end, the magic eye’s curse that restrained Erica was dispelled.

Godou caught the body of his lover who limply collapsed. He could move her now. However, Erica was still unconscious.

This time he succeeded in putting her on his back. He then called out to Madam Aisha.

「Let’s go, for now let’s head to where my companions are waiting!」

「Yes-!」

The two godslayers broke into a run even while the rainbow light was still shining on them.

Godou who was running at the front couldn’t help but shudder from the might of this mysterious light.

「Dammit, that kouhai! He got his hand on a troublesome authority!」

This time they could get away somehow because the authority went berserk.

However if Ren became able to control it perfectly, he wondered how  difficult it would be to overcome it. Ren should become a very  troublesome opponent in the future.

Part 2

Three days had passed since they escaped from Rokuhara Ren’s magic eye.

Godou’s group left the town that became the stage of the commotion  and went to the sea together with Madam Aisha. It was Erica who arranged  for a ship.

Erica had started up the 『Explorer’s Guild』 after receiving Godou’s opinion.

That organization had quickly started to function. They visited a  harbor where they had comrades and asked sailors to prepare a medium  sized sailboat.

By the way, the Sect Founder Luo Cuilian had also arrived at this heroic world.

With her work after becoming the great boss who managed the pirate  groups, the ship building technology of Hyperborea was developing in an  accelerated rate. A sailing ship originally should be considered as  OOPArt or super technology here, but now it wasn’t something rare at all  anymore.

Anyway, Godou and others were sailing while investigating.

The story that they heard from Rokuhara Ren. The fact that Umayado no  Ouji──the Earthian with the same name like the super important  historical person arrived at.

About the comment that it was none other than Madam Aisha who was the cause of the multiverse’s destruction.

「In conclusion」

Leonardo suddenly spoke.

He together with his little sister Monica were entrusted with the investigation by Godou.

「As expected, the multiverse is breaking up because of Aisha-dono.」

「Here, like this.」

Monica was holding an ellipse mirror with both hands.

On the mirror’s surface, an 『image』 was reproduced using magic.

Leonardo and Monica had been meditating for several days nonstop.  They did that in order to get the vision of what was currently  progressing in the numerous space-time continuums all over the  multiverse.

They were projecting the result of that on the mirror as 『external output』.

「Uwaa……」

「This is even more horrible than I imagined……」

「This is, the world’s land and sea have been melting and swallowed completely into chaos……」

Godou and Erica and Ena groaned.

──The land that was projected on the mirror right now was an urban area of a modern earth.

The billboards in the image had hiragana and kanji letters. The place must be located somewhere in Japan.

However, the buildings and lands everywhere there were melting.

The buildings, houses, roads, forests, electric poles, telephone  lines, cars and so on that should be there, all of them had lost their  original shape and mixed with each other into mud.

Paste with marble pattern was appearing everywhere all over the city.

──The image switched to a new scene.

This time there was only muddy paste as far as the eyes could see.

The image kept changing even after that. But, what was reflected was  only lands, seas, and cities that had been invaded by “mud”. In a sense  the picture was just too monotone.

Leonardo said.

「It’s said that there are around 3000 universes existing in the  multiverse. From what we siblings saw, around a hundred worlds are being  encroached by that mud──《chaos》. Currently there might have been three  words that are already completely crumbling.」

Furthermore, the scale of similar phenomenon was also expanding bit by bit right now…….

Erica whispered with a grave voice after hearing her son’s conclusion.

「I never thought that the situation has become this alarming……」

Her expression also looked pained. Monica spoke after her.

「Worlds are gouged by countless 『holes』 due to the space distortions.  The land and sea and sky lost their proper shape and turned into 《sea  of chaos》. But there is a silver lining. Everything that has been  swallowed by chaos──can possibly regain their former shape. The one who yelled was Madam Aisha who had been staying quiet this whole time.

She was shocked when witnessing the hole covered multiverse because of her authority the Fairy Corridor going berserk.

Madam Aisha earnestly pleaded to Godou.

「In that case Kusanagi-san! Now that it has come to this, there is no  other way. The unprecedented danger that is attacking the countless  space-time continuums even now……if everything is my fault then」

This was the first time Godou saw the madam looking this resolute.

Even though this person was the greatest nuisance around, as expected  she was also a person with virtue of nearly the highest degree.

The Campione that he had been acquainted for more than ten years was  finally going to say the words of definite demand with a quietness that  she had never shown before.

「At the very least, as my long time friend, I ask you Kusanagi-san, to──」

「What, finish you off with my own hand? I absolutely won’t do anything like that, Aisha-san.」

Godou didn’t let her finish talking.

In addition, he quickly suggested an alternate plan.

「In exchange, we just need to……seal Aisha-san one more time.」

「Thank you very much, Kusanagi-san!」

He would respond to the spirit of his friend who was about to sacrifice herself──.

Madam Aisha was moved to tears by Godou’s proclamation.

The preparation of the sealing progressed with rapid pace.

They landed on some random island and headed toward a ruin that  seemed to be a tomb of some god. They created a wooden coffin and  brought it to that spiritual room.

Madam Aisha was planned to sleep inside that coffin.

Erica and the twins, the magician team was mixing a spiritual drug.  It was a secret medicine that would put someone to eternal sleep, even  godslayer whose flesh was hard to be affected by magic.

Meanwhile Godou was having a meeting with the princess shrine maiden of the sword.

「Hey Ena. Can I entrust the role of protecting the sealed Aisha-san to you?」

「Protect?」

「If it became known that Aisha-san is the cause of the breakdown of  the multiverse, surely there will be people who want to dispose of her.  But──」

「Right. That way sounds like it will be easy and quick, but that’s actually something that absolutely must not be done.」

Ena understood it well.

「If her life get exposed to danger, Aisha-san will break the seal  with her own strength! And then the breakdown of the universe will speed  up like crazy!」

「Yeah, that will definitely happen.」

「Leave it to me your majesty. Ena also have Ama no Murakumo no Tsurugi, so I’ll manage somehow!」

「To be honest, I also thought that when Aisha-san almost asked me to  kill her. She absolutely will resist desperately at the last moment if  I’m really going to try it……」

To confess──his decision to take the resealing way wasn’t just because of friendship.

It was also because he had taken into consideration just how  persistent the irredeemable bunch called Campione was when it came to  clinging to life. Godou knew that because he himself was one of that  bunch.

Anyway, all the preparations had been taken care of.

It was finally night when the sealing was finally going to be carried out. The full moon was shining in the sky.

「Then, everyone……I’ll leave the rest to you!」

Madam Aisha had entered into the prepared coffin with only her upper body raised.

She accepted the porcelain cup that Erica presented and drank the  content in one gulp. After that she lied down face up inside the coffin.

After confirming that the madam had fallen asleep, they just needed to close the lid…….

Madam Aisha’s eyes were closed.

However Godou noticed that strength hadn’t left her body at all.

She didn’t look like someone asleep. Rather there was a frown that  was gradually deepening between her eyebrows. She even began to let out a  groan 「Uuun uuun」.

As expected this was a strange situation. Godou called out.

「What’s wrong, Aisha-san!?」

「N-no. I’m feeling really sleepy but……it feels like there is  something inside me yelling 『I don’t want to sleep and resist』  strongly──」

Madam Aisha answered while tightly closing her eyes.

However that phenomenon finally occurred in front of Godou and others who were watching over her in suspense.

「Uuuuuuu. It’s going to be bornnn-, it’s born outttt!」

「Born──wait, eeeeh!?」

Godou was taken aback, even so he still witnessed that moment.

*Pon-!* There was a light sound like when a champagne’s cork was  pulled out. Together with that sound──something flew out from Madam  Aisha’s head.

That thing had the same size like a small bird.

But, the shape was like a girl in the middle of her teenage. She had a  white skin that looked transparent and radiant beautiful face. On her  back were wings like swallowtail butterfly──.

The twins of Blandelli House yelled the instant they saw the fairy.

「Elder brother, that is definitely……!」

「The fairy queen Niamh! No, it’s the avatar that is the embodiment of her authority!」

It seemed that Monica and Leonardo had seen something with their clairvoyance.

Godou recalled. Madam Aisha’s authority the Fairy Corridor. It was  something that was usurped from Queen Niamh of where the fairies lived!

And then, this was the avatar of the authority and magical power that obtained physical body──.

It was like Godou’s Boar or sect founder Luo Hao’s Deva king.

And then right now. Fairy queen Niamh that was born as Madam Aisha’s  avatar was rising toward the sky without even glancing at anybody else!

「Godou! It’s definitely trying to escape to somewhere!」

「Seems like it!」

Godou replied at Erica’s warning.

Fairy Niamh. Sparkling something that seemed to be scales were  spilling out from her adorable figure. Godou pointed at that light and  roared.

「I’m counting on you Hanuman! Catch that light!」

A black shadow with the silhouette of the monkey god rushed to the sky.

The authority 《Sun Eater》 that he usurped from the confidant of his  mortal enemy Rama in the past. However Godou himself called it with the  simple name of Hanuman’s shadow.

It was an authority that could seal things like flame, heat, light, and so on into that shadow.

However──before the monkey god that could fly freely in the sky caught up, fairy Niamh vanished to who know where.

「Leo, Monica. Do you think it’s still somewhere in Hyperborea?」

「That’s……I wonder.」

「Most likely it crossed space-time and escaped to far away somewhere  in the multiverse. That thing has no reason to stay anywhere here.」

「……Of course it is.」

Godou also agreed with the opinion of the twins.

On the other hand, when it came to Madam Aisha who had just unconsciously gave birth to the avatar of fairy Niamh.

「Fumyuuuuuuuuuuuu…………」

She fainted with whirling eyes inside the coffin while making a strange voice.

In for a penny, in for a pound. Now that things had reached this juncture, Godou made his decision.

「There is no other choice than giving chase at Niamh’s fairy.」

「Chichi-ue, things depend on how you look at them. If Aisha-dono’s  authority materialize in the form of fairy, if we can instead annihilate  that avatar──」

Leonardo who looked like he was exactly the same age like his father spoke.

「The spreading of space distortions and the chaotification of the multiverse should be stopped.」

「In a sense it’s becoming simpler to deal with the problem──or is it?」

Godou was happy by his son’s advice, even so he grumbled.

「No, you said that, but catching that thing will be horribly tiresome  you know? It’s surely flying around somewhere in multiverse like a  phantom.」

「About that, well, I can’t deny that.」

Leonardo smiled elegantly to brighten up the mood amidst this dreary atmosphere.

Unlike that elder brother, the little sister Monica wasn’t really  showing any emotion. She was always silent and taciturn. She even looked  like she was being absentminded.

But she always hit the crux of the matter when she opened her mouth. This time was the same.

「Then, Chichi-ue is going to chase after fairy Niamh──who shall accompany you?」

「I feel like departing from here with the whole family but……will it be better to not do that?」

「It’s just as you say.」

Monica answered Godou’s question dispassionately.

「Fairy Niamh is certainly important. However currently the dangerous  epicenter that is shaking the multiverse──is this place as expected, the  heroic world Hyperborea.」

「That’s, well……it’s true that this mythological world is second to none.」

Godou muttered.

「But, there are only my fellow godslayers gathering here, throwing  their weights around doing as they please, it’s not like there is  anything here that is dragging the whole multiverse into──」

「Wait Godou. It’s certainly just as Monica said.」

Erica suddenly gasped.

「If this situation keep continuing like this, perhaps, it will come. A  new──King of the End. Rather I can’t think of any reason why the hero  of devil king extermination won’t descend on Hyperborea right now.」

「That too huh!」

「And then most likely, the second devil king civil war will also start……」

It was a prediction from Erica who once had watched the decisive battle from start to finish.

Monica also added to that.

「Also, the 『alteration』 that people from earth is continuing to add  to the civilization of Hyperborea──I have the feeling that it will  become a trigger for something big. I have this vague uneasiness inside  me……」

「About that, I’m also as guilty as the others huh.」

Godou fell into thought after listening to the impression of his beloved daughter.

……The descend of the King of the End. The breakout of the second  devil king civil war. The chase after fairy Niamh. The hunt until the  corner of the multiverse. Then──

「Yosh. Then let’s search that fairy and……the divine sword of salvation.」

He spoke of the name of the weapon that was wielded by his strongest enemy after so long.

Erica and the twins were opening their eyes wide in astonishment.

「We are going to travel to various universes anyway.」

Godou was preparing for his departure while speaking of his thought.

「Surely there are one or two divine sword of salvation sleeping  somewhere. I also have some ideas of where to search. I’ll find it  during my trip to exterminate fairy Niamh.」

After giving birth to fairy Niamh, she was unconscious this whole time while moaning 『Fumyuuuuu~~~』

Suddenly, Madam Aisha lifted up her body.

A tent was set up near the tomb that was the location of the sealing  ceremony. A carpet was laid in there and she was placed on top of it to  sleep.

Ena who was watching over her at her side spoke to her.

「Aisha-san, thank god! I was worried that you might sleep forever!」

After all she had drunk a spiritual drug for entering a suspended animation──to fall into an eternal sleep.

Well, the sleep talk of 『Fumyuuuuu~~~』 had been coming out from her  mouth this whole time, so they judged that she was only sleeping lightly  though.

Even so they were still feeling uneasy. That was why Ena was staying at her side.

……However, the princess shrine maiden of the sword immediately frowned. Madam Aisha’s state was somewhat strange.

This godslaying lady was usually bright and friendly.

But Madam Aisha was grimacing right now. She muttered sinisterly.

「I feel the presence of fate……」

「Heh? What do you mean Aisha-san?」

He promised his companions that he would definitely accomplish his objective together with his dear daughter Monica.

The mother and son Erica and Leonardo developed the Explorer’s Guild  smoothly and moved their base to the Capital of Pleasure that had made  great advances in its development.

Time passed.

The Claw Archipelago had become the biggest land in heroic world  Hyperborea. Multiple forbidden realms were rising to prominence in that  land.

The Capital of Round Table. The Capital of the Dead. The Capital of Sea King. The Pavilion of Wolf Pack.

The Capital of Dragon. The Capital of Pleasure. The Explorer’s Guild. The Forest of Shadow Chaser.

And then the burgeoning faction the Anti Fate Religion. It was  gradually obtaining momentum to a degree that it could even be called as  the ninth .

The teaching of anti fate was explosively spreading through all corners of Claw Archipelago.

The founder Madam Aisha wasn’t just simply yelling 『Oppose the  fate!』, she mixed in music in the meeting that propagated that message.

The meeting held a sacred ceremony using musical performance.

「Well, actually the religions all over the world are all doing the same thing……」

Seishuiin Ena who was also a shrine maiden was naturally also knowledgeable about that kind of affair.

She accompanied Madam Aisha with the position of 『the founder’s  guard』 at the surface while watching over her movement as her  supervisor.

The evangelists and believers of the religion had increased until  such degree. All of them were enthusiastically singing of the existence  of Kushanagi Godo, the warrior who opposed the cruel 《fate》.

……This name, at first it was Kusanagi Godou, but the name got “exaggerated” as time passed.

『I think it will be better if the name sounded more stylish. Yes, for example like Kushanagi Godo!』

Since the failure of the sealing ceremony, Madam Aisha’s rampage showed no sign of stopping.

Ena tilted her head as she observed Madam Aisha’s action.

Ena who was the only one accompanying her sighed.

They heard that in the past this was a place where the gods of  Hyperborea descended to directly interact with the humans of the surface  world.

A member of Anti-Fate Religion that was knowledgeable about gods told them about this place.

Madam Aisha and Ena came to Island One that was an extremely remote place even in Claw Archipelago.

Island Two had the most cities, while Island Three was quite  prosperous, with Houraiha Island serving as sect founder Luo Hao’s base.  Unlike those three islands, there was almost no settlement at all in  Island One.
