April's sketch request theme for the Gold and Diamond Tiers was: Rave! People sent in their most colorful and luminescent requests.
I had fun with this one! Emylia's outfit is based off a fantasy design, but I was allowed to add some festival elements like the fluff and glowing hula hoop!
