⚠ Important: This installation requires CUDA 12 for optimal performance.
To Install:
1) Extract the zip file to a folder close to the C: Drive (ie: C:\memo-avatar)
2) Run the install-memo.bat as administrator
3) Run the run-memo.bat as administrator
