Welcome to Baelzonoth, the grand city of the Deep Dwarves, defiantly rising from the shadows of the Underdark. With a rich history of struggles and perseverance, Baelzonoth stands proudly by an underground lake, divided by a mighty river. Explore its labyrinthine streets and witness a city where hope shines amidst darkness.
Baelzonoth is a grand city where the Deep Dwarves dwell, rising defiantly from the shadows that cloak their world. Long ago, the mountain spirits trapped the city in perpetual darkness, but the determined Deep Dwarves venture into dangerous caverns, seeking secrets to set them free.
Baelzonoth sits proudly beside a vast underground lake, its murky waters hiding dreadful creatures. A powerful river divides the city, flowing through its heart. Atop a tall cliff, the majestic Palace of the High King overlooks Baelzonoth, its beautiful design earning respect and admiration. The palace stretches across the river, allowing water to flow beneath it into the churning lake. Down below, the city bustles with busy streets and hardworking Deep Dwarves. On the west side of the river stands the revered Temple of the Deep Guardian, a place where the dwarves worship the spirit that protects them from dangers beyond their walls. On the opposite side, to the east, stands the grim Arena of Tributes. Here, prisoners battle each other, and the losers face exile to the perilous Hooked Predators' Plains, where hungry beasts await.
Baelzonoth is a city of strength and shadows, where hope and desperation intertwine in the depths of the Underdark. The Deep Dwarves endure, determined to uncover the secrets that will bring them freedom, even as they face the challenges of their dark and uncertain world.
