Troubleshooting Patreon
Added 2018-03-09 23:03:42 +0000 UTCTalked with support after few people reported comments not loading or comments disappearing. If shit's not working, read below and act accordingly.

Regarding disappearing comments: if you could let me know one patron (or more) that's happening to, I'll take a look. It's likely our third-party spam filter has grabbed the comments. I'll know more when I can take a look at the patrons' accounts.
Regarding the other issue I can recommend a few troubleshooting steps. Please walk through the following steps. If you don’t know how to perform or don’t feel comfortable performing one of these steps, that’s ok. You can skip it.
Make sure your web browser is up to date. Chrome and Firefox work best with Patreon.

Regardless of what browser you regularly use - even if it's listed above - please be sure to try a different browser, even one you have to download just for this test.
After making sure your browser is up to date, if you have installed any be sure to disable any browser extensions (like adblock). The added software can sometimes negatively impact the site.
If after troubleshooting you're still experiencing issues, that's totally okay! Send me a screenshot of what's happening with inspect console open. You can do this by right clicking, then selecting “inspect” from the drop down menu. From here, select “console” from the top bar. Please take a screenshot of the entire page, including any red error messages. If you need any extra assistance with this let me know.
