I. Interactive Render Mode
You can edit shapes, select and move objects around in the render mode.
Objects can be assigned different materials.
Only materials are stored in the file so far.
II. Material Menu
Here are some common setups:
Glass: Transparency = 1 and IOR > 0
Plastic: Transparency = 0 and IOR > 0
Metal: Metal = 1
Emissive: Emissive > 0
Since the surface is not perfect. you can increase Roughness to improve the appearance.
III. Light Menu
Only HDR Image based lighting is supported in this version.
You can find more hdr images in polyhaven: HDRIs • Poly Haven
IV. Camera Menu
if you find the image is too dark, you can increase the Exposure.
V. Image Menu
Diffuse: maximum ray length for diffuse light bounces.
Specular: maximum ray length for reflection/refraction light bounces. Increasing this value is important for transparent objects, but it is expensive to render too.
Sample: number of samples per pixel. increasing this value can reduce noise, but can also increase render time.
Denoise Filter: the intel denoiser is included. It may smooth out some small details sometimes.
Image size can't be modified at the moment.
