I think I have a guilty pleasure of coming back to big stone-walled structures.

The keep, now a bandit stronghold, shows signs of both decay and repair. Though some of its ancient stone walls are crumbling, enough has been restored to make it functional for training and patrolling the surrounding lands. Most rooms and buildings are now used by weary bandits to rest after battle.

The southern tower has been repurposed as a storage facility, with hay and grain stacked on raised wooden platforms. Below, a small forge repairs weapons and produces nails for ongoing repairs to the keep.

Nearby, a small shack serves as an infirmary, where herbal remedies and potions are brewed to treat the sick and wounded.

Inside the main hall, recruits gather in a modest dining room, their chatter filling the space as they wait for meals prepared by the resident cook. The armory, though small, holds enough low-quality weapons to equip the bandits until they can scavenge better gear. One of the smaller towers has become a makeshift prison, where a long dead skeleton in rusty shackles slumps in the corner. Now, wooden cages hold the keep's new captives, ready to be used as bargaining chips.
