It's about lack of knowledge and subjectifying history - battle between my truth and your truth, instead of trying to find objective, common truth. Forgetting/manipulating the past leads to misunderstanding of the present and because of that to unnecessary suffering. I wish to say more, but season 4 is still ahead.

Personally I was more than happy with the ending we got and wouldnt want it any other way but each to their own i guess. Marley being more technologically advanced and having access to more resources makes the production of a variety of sweets easier and less expensive; Annie may not have had much access to them early on but she was a warrior, that would come with some perks. The small village in Wall Maria she allegedly comes from would be limited to fruit and honey at best.

But If some animation and coloring mistakes don’t bother you then you don't have to do all of that, it’s still the same story either way. And I’m only talking about Season 4 Part 1, the other parts look great no matter which version you watch.

All jokes aside though that final scene at the ocean was beautiful, truly a brilliant send off for WIT studio. Going into season 4, all I would advise that you lock in and think about things even harder than you have so far because things are about to get a LOT more confusing 😅.

2024-11-20 13:38:40 +0000 UTCSpeaking of the coffee and sweets comment you guys talked about at the start, in season 2 when they find out about Reiner and Bertolt and how they're connected to Annie. Sasha points out how it 's weird that Annie was a big fan of sweets, and most people laugh this off as her being dumb. But they were suppose to be from this small town where sweets are very hard to come by, but the fact that they're from the outside world makes it make more sense that Annie was able to get sweets often.
