Update

This post should appear long time ago. I haven't give you any update about general project status or any words from myself so here we go.

First I want to thank the community, the Patrons, all persons that constantly send me private messages, and of course members of my team. Thanks for all the requests that make the guide more and more detailed, thanks for any kind of your help, your activity and for all nice words that make me stronger in this hard time.

[FUTURE]

Well, that's why I decided to share an update with you. It was in my mind for a long time. For now I'm stuck with GoogleDocs. It really drives me crazy (like really). Next step is a website that finally will make everybody using the guide feel more comfortable. I know that incessant counting what time the race starts is driving you crazy due to eternal scrolling down the page. These problems can be easily solved. I'll also be able to significantly expand this project by adding a new features. I have so many ideas that can be mega useful for veterans as well as for newbies in motorsport. Unfortunately, I can't leak anything yet but trust me - there is much to wait for. It's going to be ultimate motorsport guide on the Internet. Can't wait to see that happens but... when?? Well, I can't tell you. My private life got complicated last year. I don't want to give people a crap which does not differ from GoogleDocs. It means that I need to invest some money to make it look professional. I've already talked to some smart people and I know what it's all about. Money collected from Patreon can cover around 20% of total cost. Maybe it doesn't sound spectacular but it's still more than I expected (big thanks to all Patrons!). It really makes the revolution closer and closer so please support me as a content creator if you’d like to support the project. I'm also thinking about creating a new way for donations like Paypal. Asking for money is not my style but it would be much easier for me and my team to work at website so I'm a bit desperate. Please tell me what do you think.

[WHAT NOW?]

Beeing stuck in GoogleDocs I will as always continue updating guide every week (even in winter!). Now I'm also working on a new docs with calendars for 2021. It already exists but first I want to include a few most important racing series before I share it with everyone. However, Patrons have already got an early access. In next months I will also try to keep you updated if the project status has changed.

[SOCIAL MEDIA]

Some of you probably noticed that my social media become silent. It has a few reasons. Recently I had a nagging ailment that eliminated me from normal life for almost 2 weeks. But I also come to a conclusion that I don't really know what people want to see here. I was posting the infographics for the most important races but for a few months every post has quite low reach. Also I am not getting a new viewers through social media because the vast majority found guide earlier than Facebook or Twitter profile. And it also comes with a lack of time to prepare all of the infographics. I know that they look like a 5-minute job but I'm an amateur in the field and it takes me a bit longer. I also want to mention that my priority is to keep guide as up-to-date as possible, even at the cost of empty social media. So I'm now thinking for a new application that doesn't take a lot of time. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please let me know! (My idea: quick weekend overview, what's on in upcoming weekend, it would be 1 post before the weekend)

[FAQ]

Sometimes I'm getting messages with repetitive questions about me, history of guide and my motivation. Because of that I'll create a list with frequently asked questions (FAQ). I'll post them in a few weeks. Also please write your questions in comment section below or on my Discord server.
