Day 65/365 Blue Harbor 80X60

It is not a big city but its location, on the most western side of the Blue Lake , makes it a very important one.
The locals are usualy friendly and welcome all the races with open arms. They are even knowen to trade with The Orcs from time to time.
There is no official ruller of Blue Harbor. The clans gather every 5 years and support a dock master. The present one is Lance Black and he is in this position for 23 years. All the rullings and the disputes are settled by the dock master and his word is law in Blue Harbor. Fortunatly old Lance Black is a decent man and quite and wise one. But still adventurers need to be careful, cross the old fisherman only once and you will surelly end up sleeping with the fish.
