Organizing is done collectively, supporting one another and running our campaigns democratically. Never organize alone. There is power in a union.

Organizing Don'ts #4 [a little black cat says: Don't organize alone!]
There is no such thing as an organizing super hero, who swoops in and unionizes all their fellow workers. [a little dog wearing a cape is flying and yelling "Follow meeee!" with an asterisk near their head. Their coworkers are below with raised fists chanting "Yeah!" The asterisk at the bottom of the panel says: "Fantasy"]
Trying to do everything on your own is the perfect way to burn out quickly and accomplish nothing. [the little dog is sitting on a staircase dejectedly, looking at their phone and thinking: "I'm quitting. What's the point? I'm bad as this anyway."]
Whether or not you have a workplace committee yet, never organize alone. Your Union will always help you. [a little black cat is sitting on a park bench beside the little dog and saying: "Let's work on your social map." to which the little dog, who is holding a pen and notepad replies: "Then I could use a 1-on-1 roleplay."]
