Chapter 8: The Three Body Techniques

Back home, Natsuwari looked at the three scrolls of the Three Body Techniques on the table and a chakra paper he had bought along the way.

He first picked up the chakra paper and infused his chakra into it. Soon, the paper split in half, and the part Natsuwari was holding became wrinkled.

"Wind and lightning?" Natsuwari nodded upon seeing this, not particularly surprised. His father, whom he had never met, seemed to have wind-natured chakra, and Sana had previously said that her nature was lightning.

So Natsuwari had successfully inherited the dual nature of his parents, which was quite good. He just couldn't remember what Kekkei Genkai could be formed by wind and lightning. There didn't seem to be any. But even if there were, he didn't plan to try it.

The Transformation Technique required only one hand seal, the Clone Technique required three, and the Substitution Technique required five. The difficulty also increased with the number of hand seals.

The learning process was as Natsuwari expected. Hand seals were just a guide to better direct the changes in chakra. The most important aspect of releasing ninjutsu was still the manipulation of chakra.

Each ninjutsu had its own unique chakra manipulation, so simply knowing the hand seals wouldn't allow one to use the corresponding ninjutsu.

Therefore, conversely, if one could master the manipulation of chakra, could they activate ninjutsu without hand seals? Like those ninjutsu later on that were released by simply clapping hands together...

As for the Three Body Techniques, Natsuwari's plan was to learn them all, but the priority for mastering them would be different. But this wasn't a problem. He just needed to practice more.

"Sigh, here you go, my little adult." Sana handed the scroll to Natsuwari and said, "I went to see my teacher, and he also said that the Shadow Clone isn't suitable for you."

"I knew you wouldn't listen, so I exchanged for it anyway. But it's good that it's the Shadow Clone. If it were any other B-rank ninjutsu, it might not have been possible to exchange for it." Sana said.
