*Chapter 264: The Invasion of Dressrosa*

In the Land of Flowers, a loud horn echoed from the docks.
Dozens of ships anchored at the port, and people began disembarking, forming a long line heading deeper into the kingdom.
"I can’t believe that after Doflamingo’s downfall, the scum from Dressrosa actually took over his business."
"This whole defeat was because these bastards shipped a load of Dressrosa weapons from the North Blue!"
"If it weren’t for their superior weapons, those bastards would’ve been dead long ago."
Inside the hall, Sai cursed Dressrosa furiously, still bitter over their recent loss, which was entirely due to Dressrosa’s involvement. Initially, it seemed like the enemy had lost their weapons supply, but then Dressrosa started selling arms in the North Blue over the last few months. It was becoming evident that they were taking over Doflamingo's underground market share.
If things continued like this, the Happo Navy would be continually squeezed out of the West Blue. The problem was that the Happo Navy currently had no strong leader to rally around.
Each generation of their navy had always produced a great leader. But their previous pillar, Chinjao, was crippled by Garp.
"If Chinjao were still in his prime, we would have already entered the New World. No way would some upstart dare to act so arrogantly."
"Sai! Don’t let this loss throw you off!" an old, round man with a white beard said, sipping tea calmly. He had a noticeable dent in his head but wore a kindly smile on his face. His serene demeanor left Sai at a loss for words.
Since returning from the New World, Chinjao had rarely left the Flower Kingdom. Garp’s defeat had crushed his spirit. After all, Chinjao had spent over ten years building up a treasure trove in the New World, only for Garp to shatter it.
Still, even though Chinjao had fallen into this state, Sai couldn’t understand why they were acting so timid against Dressrosa. They’d confronted Doflamingo head-on in the past, so why were they so afraid now? Sure, Dressrosa had strong warriors, but the Flower Kingdom was no pushover. Sai felt frustration mounting as he took his seat again.
The Flower Navy was decent, but the Happo Navy was their main strength. Without them, the rest of the kingdom’s forces wouldn’t stand a chance against Dressrosa.
"Don’t you see how strange the seas are becoming?" Chinjao continued. "The Flower Kingdom needs the next generation of leaders to emerge. You and Boo are the only ones who can take on that role for the Happo Navy!"
Chinjao’s voice was calm but firm. "Both of you must train hard. I can still hold out for a while, but who knows what’ll come first—an accident or tomorrow."
Ever since Garp defeated him, Chinjao’s temperament had grown more mellow. But whenever he thought of Garp, an unresolved anger burned inside him. He wanted to tear Garp apart, pulverize his bones, and erase him from existence. Unfortunately, those thoughts could only remain in his mind. In reality, he had no chance. Garp had crushed his head with a single punch, and Chinjao knew he hadn’t made any progress since then. Facing Garp now would only lead to an ugly end.
"Of course! I’ve already mastered the basic Eight Impact Fist techniques. All that remains is to grasp the secret technique. Once I do, I’ll be able to break through the ice surrounding the treasure."
Sai clenched his fist with confidence. Among the current generation, only he and Boo stood out, but Sai was undoubtedly the stronger of the two. He was sure he’d surpass the limits of the Eight Impact Fist and unlock its hidden potential. Then, the Happo Navy wouldn’t have to keep hiding in the Flower Kingdom. Sai intended to follow in Chinjao’s footsteps and head for the New World, reclaiming the legacy of his ancestors.
"Good!" Chinjao nodded in approval. Sai had always been the one he held the most faith in. Sai’s abilities were undeniable, outshining Boo in nearly every aspect. After waiting so long, Chinjao finally saw hope in these two.
The world was growing increasingly chaotic, and if no one stepped up, the Flower Kingdom could vanish into the annals of history.
"Rest now," Chinjao said. "We’ll discuss the battle later. They might purchase more weapons from Dressrosa, so for now, we’ll avoid confrontation."
Though their enemies might seem arrogant now, Chinjao knew that by biding their time and waiting for an opening, they’d eventually strike back and eliminate them.
"Understood," Sai replied, trying to calm his anger.
Just then, the door burst open with a bang, startling both men.
"Grandfather! Several ships have arrived outside, and they don’t seem friendly!" Boo exclaimed in a panic. The Flower Kingdom was the Happo Navy’s base, and he couldn’t believe that someone had the audacity to show up uninvited. But right now, the Happo Navy was short on strong fighters. If a powerful force had come, they might be doomed.
"Who is it?" Sai asked, his anger flaring up again as he shot to his feet. Could it be the same enemies they’d just fought? How dare they show up here! Did they think that just because they had better weapons, they could defeat the Happo Navy?
"If they’ve come looking for a fight, then today, I’ll make sure they never leave!" Sai declared, storming toward the door.
"Let’s go see who it is!"
The massive figure of Chinjao stood up.
The three of them arrived at the port with an imposing presence.
The enemy had only three ships!
Yet, they had already demanded their surrender.
Cai Yi's face turned blue with rage.
The Happo Navy had a significant reputation in the West Sea.
Now, a random group of people dared to cause them trouble so brazenly.
"Wait! That flag… It looks like it's from Dressrosa!"
Chinjao's expression changed as he solemnly looked at the flag on the sea.
He had studied all the major powers on the sea.
As for the recently risen force from Dressrosa, Chinjao was certainly familiar, especially since he had just mentioned them earlier.
"Did you guys provoke people from Dressrosa?"
Chinjao asked, his brows furrowed tightly.
To be honest, the Happo Navy wasn't in any position to contend with a New World power.
Even when Doflamingo first appeared, they were completely overwhelmed by him.
Let alone Dressrosa, which had been growing rapidly for a year now!
This was definitely a force they could not afford to offend.
"No way! Could Dressrosa be here to stand up for those guys?"
Cai Yi said irritably.
"That's possible!"
Chinjao nodded, planning to send someone to negotiate with Dressrosa.
But before he could act, a figure was already standing on the surface of the sea.
With black hair and dressed like he was on vacation, the man wore a disdainful expression, as if he had no regard for the Flower Country.
He walked across the sea, step by step, toward the Flower Country, as brazenly as could be.
"I am Uchiha Raijin, King of Dressrosa! It's my first time in the West Sea, and I'd like to see how strong its warriors are."
"Send someone to challenge me. Don't disappoint me!"
Raijin’s voice instantly spread throughout the entire Flower Country.
Everyone in the Flower Country was shocked; they had certainly heard of Dressrosa.
But why had Dressrosa suddenly appeared at their doorstep?
For a moment, everyone was confused.
Still, they rushed to the port as quickly as possible.
"Old man, these Dressrosa bastards are too arrogant! They think they can attack our Flower Country with just three ships."
"They completely look down on us! Let me fight him first!"
Cai Yi, furious, picked up the large sword beside him.
When had the Happo Navy ever suffered such humiliation?
Did these Dressrosa people really think so little of them?
"Stop!"
Chinjao hurriedly reached out to stop him.
He managed to hold Cai Yi back, but…
"If you don't send someone, then come at me all at once! I think fighting all of you might provide me some entertainment."
Uchiha Raijin said softly, a chakra aura materializing around him.
It kept expanding, gradually enveloping his entire body.
But that was just the beginning.
Raijin's body continued to grow taller.
His figure floated in the air, and a gigantic skeletal giant appeared before everyone's eyes.
In the next moment, the bones of the skeleton began to weave together into flesh, with scales of armor completely enveloping the giant.
"Boom!"
Raijin took a single step!
The sea instantly surged, and a terrifying wave rolled toward the Flower Country.
The monstrous wave was like a giant beast, poised to swallow the entire Flower Country.
"This guy intends to destroy the Flower Country!"
One of the Happo Navy men shouted in fear, retreating rapidly.
Chinjao's face turned purple as he stepped forward with a determined look.
Ever since Dressrosa arrived, he knew there was no turning back.
These people were definitely here to plunder the Flower Country or perhaps to target the Happo Navy.
Who would have thought that after being pirates for a lifetime, always looting others, someone would come to challenge them at their own doorstep?
"The Ultimate Happo Navy Technique: No Spike Dragon! No Spike Nail!"
Chinjao roared, his forehead covered in Armament Haki.
He charged directly at the massive wave.
"Bang!"
The enormous wave crashed into the Flower Country's port.
The ships at the dock were instantly torn to pieces.
Countless people were swept up in the waves, dragged into the sea.
Many ran desperately, searching for a safe place.
But there was an exception!
Chinjao, using his Armament Haki and the ultimate Happo Navy technique, managed to disperse the wave heading for the Happo Navy.
The Happo Navy hadn't lost many men.
"Hu..."
Chinjao was panting heavily.
Ever since Garp had flattened the spike on his head, he had lost his drive and no longer focused on strengthening himself.
Now, a single wave left him completely exhausted.
"Old man! Are you alright?"
Cai Yi and Bu Wu hurried over to Chinjao, concerned.
They had thought for sure they were doomed, but the old man had actually stood up.
He had even blocked the terrifying wave from hitting the Happo Navy.
If the wave had struck, most of the Happo Navy would have been wiped out.
"Impressive! You actually managed to block that wave!"
Before Chinjao could say anything, a voice came from above.
That voice, like a nightmare, made Chinjao shudder.
He wasn't sure if Uchiha Raijin's earlier attack was just a casual blow or the result of merely moving.
But for Chinjao, it was nothing short of a disaster!
"I'll give you a chance: kneel! If you kneel, you won’t have to die!"
Raijin crossed his arms and coldly looked down at the people on the port.
Letting Kakashi and the others handle it would be a waste of time, Raijin thought.
It would be better if he personally dealt with them to make a real impression.
"Raijin... We’re here to take over the Flower Country, not to destroy it."
"If Raijin keeps fighting like this, the whole Flower Country will be reduced to ruins."
"Our name will be established, but we’ll lose a strong foothold in the West Sea."
Kakashi looked regretfully at the Flower Country, which held a good position in the West Sea.
At the very least, it could help Dressrosa quickly gain ground in the West Sea, just like in the North Sea.
With the Germa forces, it had only taken a few months to conquer the North Sea.
Having a strong base would save them a lot of time.
"Kakashi, he's planning to completely subdue the Flower Country! That way, you can take over more easily."
Tobirama understood Uchiha Raijin’s thinking.
It was just like Uchiha Madara's plan back in the day: subdue the villages by force.
But unfortunately, his foolish brother had ruined it, leaving Tobirama with lasting regrets!
