Swordtember D22 - Dragon Slayer

This sword was found inside the lair of an ancient white dragon, Adharainth The Mist Eater. It lies there beside the ancient dragon dead body and an unknown female warrior corpse who wears various kinds of makeshift armaments that seemingly specifically designed to kill the white dragon. The most stand out equipment is this sword. It was made by haphazardly and forcefully combining various kinds of enchantment and material from several origins; dwarven, elven, and draconic. But the most terrifying feature is the head of a young red dragon that bound to the blade. It was kept alive by using an ancient necromancy spell and forced to produce intense arcane energy and heat to power the sword and the owner. The identity of the warrior is still under investigation, but whoever she is, she seems to have a strong grudge against the dragon for her to eventually found a way to make this hellish contraption.
once again, this prompt is one that I felt should be an easy one but end up quite hard to figure out. I'm not sure why... perhaps because it's placed around the last quarter, and many swords and idea that potentially could be used for this prompt is already been used. Or perhaps because I was trying to make a sword that can hunt all kinds of dragons. So, I end up just make a contraption specifically made to kill a specific dragon.
