WIP - Hive

A bit influenced by Resident Evil, I want to make a body snatcher creature that hijack living creature and turn it into their nest. BUT, I don't want them to kill it. I want them to utilize what's available and improve upon it by adding mode defensive and offensive capability, creating a walking nest that can protect itself and the parasites colony. A bit of cruel flavor... but I want the creature to make sure the 'vessel' is happy and not in pain...
I decided to use the shape of neuron as the base for the creature design, and I'll have to imagine and design various type of drones that will work together to manage, build, and operate the living nest. This gonna require me to read some old biology book in my bookshelves again >____<
