Well, this one is inspired by Ouro Kronii Vtuber from Hololive EN. When I got the prompt, I already think that I wanna make a shear that can cut through time, and make it looks like a clock. Coincidentally when I make the sketch, I was watching her collab stream, so I thought, well, why don't I make it based on her design then since it's clock themed >___<
Weapon (Special), very rare (requires attunement)
Clockwise Cutter is a weapon bestowed upon a chosen sentinel of the Warden of Time, a celestial deity that protects the continuous flow of time and the law of causality. The scissors-shaped sword, which resembles a pair of clock arms, grants the wielder the ability to manipulate the flow of time around them, allowing them to move extremely fast and even jump forward in time to avoid danger. Rumor said that the weapon is created by the deity to hunt Arsqualia, The Timeless Dragon, an entity whose existence threatens the flow of time and the law of causality. It is said that those who wield this weapon can resist Arsqualia’s time paradox and distortion effect.

You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. When you’ve attuned to this weapon, your movement speed increases by 10 feet, and you have +5 to your initiative roll. This weapon has 12 charges, and you regain 1d12 expended charge after you take a long rest.
Time Out. When you’re hit by an attack or fail a saving throw, before the damage is rolled, you can use your reaction to spend 1 charge and jump forward 6 seconds into the future. You disappear, taking no damage, and at the start of your next turn, you appear in an unoccupied space within 10 feet of your previous space.
Clock Up. As an action, you can spend 6 charges to cast the spell Haste on yourself. When you cast the spell this way, you also gain the following effects.
Opportunity attacks against you have a disadvantage.
Once per turn, when you take an attack action, you can spend 1 charge to make 1 additional melee attack.
When you move at least 20 feet in a straight line before making a melee attack, your attack deals an extra 2d8 force damage.
When the spell ends, you have to roll 1d12. On a roll of 6 or less, you gain 1 point of exhaustion. On a roll of 12, you regain 3 expended charges.
Double-Bladed Sword. This weapon is a martial weapon with a two-handed property that deals 2d4 piercing damage. If you attack with this weapon as part of the Attack action on your turn, you can use a bonus action immediately after to make a melee attack with it. This attack deals 1d4 slashing damage on a hit, instead of 2d4.
Once per turn, as a free action, you can split the scissors-shaped sword into two swords or put it back together. When split, each blade now deals 1d6 piercing damage and has light and finesse properties.
