Iron Scale Robe

The Iron Scale robe, a traditional garment of the River Tyrant clan's warriors, is composed of a mantle made from giant crocodile skin and a robe fashioned from Sthila silk, produced by the Silver Moth clan. Both materials are incredibly sturdy, further reinforced by enchantments woven into the fabric. Despite their durability, warriors of the River Tyrant clan are often seen wearing Iron Scale robes that appear torn and damaged. The majority of the visible wear on these garments results from their martial arts techniques and intense training. Their powerful movements frequently cause even these exceptionally strong materials to sustain damage. As such, the warriors regard these signs of wear as badges of honor. It is often said that the experience and martial prowess of a River Tyrant clan warrior can be gauged by the extent of damage on their robe.
While you are wearing this robe and not wearing armor, your AC equals 13 + your Dexterity or Constitution modifier (whichever is higher). You can use a shield and still gain this benefit. Additionally, You gain a swimming speed equal to your walking speed and can hold your breath for up to 1 hour.
Iron Scale Embrace. While grappling a creature, you gain a bonus to your AC equal to half your proficiency bonus (rounded down) against attacks made by the grappled creature. Additionally, if the grappled creature misses you with an attack or fails a check to escape the grapple, you can use your reaction to make one melee attack against it.
