The creator doubled down, making it fully canon. The show was great and funny, and with her team, she ended it on her own terms. Disney gave us the "it didn't fit the Disney brand" excuse and that's when we knew it was bullshit because the show was doing very good. Again lucky the shiw had a great team working on it because they still managed to end everything neatly
