Lots has happened over the past few weeks and I apologize for not posting as much! I’ll just touch on the biggest ones.

All animals are back home after Hurricane Milton. We were successful in catching everyone up and I’m sharing a photo of where most of them stayed to ride it out.

Luna cat had a full mouth extraction to help with her stomatitis. They did leave about six healthy teeth and she’s already feeling much better after a full recovery! We are so happy to be able to provide her such relief and it’s thanks to supports like you guys!

One of our newest males (he does not have a sponsor or name yet) had a mass removed from his back and sent to pathology. Great news is the tumor was benign! He has also made a full recovery.

Another male that you may have seen (also does not have an official name or sponsor yet) on FB has had a major decline. He’s the one with the adorable underbite. I noticed he had jaundice a week before the storm hit. I rushed him to the vet where he was treated for severe acute liver failure. He’s back with us now, but we are continuing to treat him. It’s going to be a long road, but we are doing everything we can for him. He is on six different meds and is receiving sub Q fluids daily. He hasn’t been eating much at all, but he did eat a bit for me today, so fingers crossed!!

Gidget was adopted to a new wonderful home! She wasn’t quite fitting in with Callie and Dimika and an opportunity for a good home was available. She was very sweet and is missed!

And lastly, there is a new face to love with us! His name is Faelyn and he is just the sweetest! You’ll definitely be seeing lots of him.
