Sketches again...explanation forthcoming

UPDATE: So I live in New Orleans, I was on the other side of the quarter when the attack happened. I was in a state of shock after it and I've been having some heavy feelings about the whole thing. One of the big things was I love this city. I chose to come live here because I love the values and traditions. It hits different that way when it's under attack, even though I didn't know anyone personally who died. Consequently, It's been difficult to focus on work since. I'm steadily getting back to myself but yeah...all the ideas I had and were excited to work on became too difficult to execute. I'm grateful for the family and friends who checked in. I'm working on staying focused on the positive and the pragmatic. I will recover, this city will recover. New Orleans and it's residents are amazingly resilient.
In fact, moving here has helped me really pursue my fmg art to the fullest.
I didn't want to let ya'll down and have a post-less week so I went through my sketches and found some drawings worth sharing. Thank you for bearing with me and this rather rough launch. It will get better.
