Voting/Poll Structure Update

Starting this month, Keywords that did not WIN will have their votes carried over to future months.
These Keywords can be voted on again and have their votes be aggregated with future months
To vote on an old Keyword, the Keyword needs to be submitted again that month.
A Keyword only gets their vote count reset after it wins the poll. (for example: if Keyword “Dragon” receives 20 votes in June, does not get submitted for several months, and receives 20 votes in December, it will still have a total of 40 votes in December).
This will hopefully allow for more variety in drawings and let determined voters push their Keywords through with enough perseverance.
