For new patreons
Added 2020-07-14 01:51:11 +0000 UTCI changed the payment setting, new patreons will be charged immediately.
( Sorry for my careless, this change can't be canceled )
So don't worry if you join the tier after on the first of month, you still can get rewards on that month.
