I never faced with not working animations but I don't use a lot of them. Well, all the thoughts I have is to try 'ww.fix' command but this is just in case because if any animation package is ok it should work anyway. Also I advice to create a separate folder for animations within your Mods folder. In my Mods folder I have 2 separate folders for WW, it are WickedWhimsMod and Animations for WickedWhims.
