Fantastical Multiverse Head Progress Report
Added 2023-08-23 00:48:47 +0000 UTCHere is a list of races that are finished so far with all their heads! After I finished all the heads I'll be able to quickly clear through the presets. The goal has been to make them close as possible to their source material looks. So been using Fantastical Races (MoTM) and Dnd Beyond images as inspiration for the presets. I also wanted to make them appealing to choose from because a lot of faces Larian has made just get ignored due to the textures chosen for the race's faces.

2023-08-29 00:57:30 +0000 UTCI mean the old Yuan-ti Pureblood is in here and some people find that race extremely op. Lol Everyone has their own opinions on what is and isn't OP. I plan to restore my Numina race mod, which was pretty much a homebrew creature/npc that was converted into a Lineage that is pretty strong for a player to be using.

XD It will be a bit before I start a new run so, definitely take your time. I get how much work this is in between actual life. Not sure which direction it will take but, The Dhampirs and Changelings are definitely getting preference.

I know it said 47 on the Nexus page initially, but it seems like there's going to be even more now. 19 races alone is beyond impressive, but I'm so terribly curious about your current scope! How long does it usually take you sculpt the faces? As someone who's learning 3D model quirks because of VTubing I'm just sitting here in awe. That said, fantastic work as always D&S! Truly giving this the full DLC treatment! Don't feel pressure to answer these questions if you don't want to, gotta follow my curiosity when it strikes!

2023-08-23 01:31:59 +0000 UTCThat's my biggest goal is to make this feel more like a DLC to the game than just a mod. :) Idk if we'll ever get all the official races in the game so I'm just going to make them now and wait and see. If we do get any of the official races later I'll just merge my work with the DLC.

2023-08-23 01:16:14 +0000 UTCThey are modified vanilla heads. I just use specific face and eye textures to make new heads essentially, and this also doesn't break any of the vanilla heads in the game. Pretty much spend hours at first looking at textures and then placing them on heads. xD
