Rell up a tier, her Q is just op and makes her a different champion
Lulu nerfed, ardent nerfed, kogmaw nerfed, zeri nerfed, moonstone buffed. All terrible changes for lulu, down a tier.
Milio down 1, similar to lulu but better champion than lulu still but weaker for similar reasons + direct nerf.
Soraka up a tier, moonstone buffs and nerfs to other champions makes her better.
Think heimer Sona Karma Annie Milio are better than the others in their tier, but not as good as s+ imo

In ashe sup i am playing with umbral + mandate against peelers and BC + mandate against engagers. Which is the better mythic for ashe at this moment? im building shurelyas/duskblade 3rd or maybe you thought it is better to look for another 3rd item.
