Annie down a tier
The R change on neeko should be massive, but her winrate didnt change much somehow, im putting her down a tier tho, it makes sense to me that she becomes alot weaker with this R change.
I wont move LB down more than 1 tier, i feel like statikk could still be op on her with demat to allow for waveclear oneshot with statikk autos.
Tristana is probably a bit better because statikk nerfs dont matter for her and enemy mage cant match her push cus probably wont have statikk

U dont need mana so its wasted stat, you want to play more in sidelane so having cdr and hp and movespeed which harvester gives all more than ludens on is just better IMO, LUdens is ofc fine and works with statikk shiv magic dmg too, but imo ur goal is to be obnoxious and farm alot which harvester is bestfor

2023-07-13 22:10:10 +0000 UTCsyndra is under her turret the whole game, cant ever break garen, she will "outscale" you in teamfights sure, but on sidelane u always win, you can easily get on her with nimbus, ghost flash phaserush stridebreaker and movespeed items.

2023-07-03 15:32:02 +0000 UTCI ain't Veigar, but here's my 2 cents. Annie, Malphite, Garen. You want champs that are easy so you can work on your fundamentals but also not champs that can just avoid the laning phase (like one shot the wave, for example)
