I think people havent peaked on their skill on briar still ( very hard champ ) and theres more potential waited to be unlocked ( still apes throwing ults across map instead of using on cc / predicting to ult before cc lands ) so even tho she gets nerfed she will still be S+ imo, also other AD junglers just arent strong like why would i play xin kha kayn etc over briar
Jarvan wasnt op anymore imo, undeserved nerf, tons of bad matchups like nidalee graves for example, Low S tier.
You would think this change to trundle does nothing for him in jungle, but you always buy sheen item and having like 7 ad extra in start of midgame is big for sheen user that perma auto attacks, so up a tier. Strong champ if 2+ tanks enemy or pillar counters enemy ( like immobile mage like syndra )
