@Lindsay I've been told that lump is muscle and ligaments. The uterus is muscle already and other muscles sorta interweaves into its structure. Some people have stronger muscles in that little grouping. So the best way to get that flatter passing look is to build up the other muscles in the pelvis. Which is freaking hard -_- (also glad you're okay now, stranger!)

Especially his abs, since thatโs where AFAB people tend to develop fat first, even when weโre super skinny. Even when I was literally 24 hours away from major organ shutdown from malnutrition and dehydration and weighed 85lbs at 5โ6โ, I had that little bump on my lower abdomen. It wasnโt even fat, as all of my bodily fat plus some muscle and organ tissue had been cannibalized to keep me alive. But even so, my body was still trying to keep that extra cushion to protect my uterus, even though I was too sick to even have a period. ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ Btw Iโm fine now, fourteen years later. Lol untreated Gastroparesis. Itโs very well managed these days. My point is, itโs wild that Osora has completely flat abs and no roundness to his hips. Idk how he even managed that without T.
