Actually saying it makes it sound kinda sad, but the times I've felt the most joy are the times right after tearing myself apart emotionally. It feels like my psychy self destructs so hard that my brain's like "nope" and injects like an emergency supply of Serotonin and Dopamine into my blood stream. It's only happened twice to me, but it's the most stressful yet most satisfying feeling I've ever had.

But I never woke up from it while it happened, I would just go to bed and not remember it the next day. This led to me falling down the staircase while sleepwalking one night, and I literally just stood up and went back to sleep. Next morning I am wondering why by head hurts so much and we drove to a doctor. Turns out I had a concussion from the fall and even that wasnt enough to wake me up. So yeah, Sleepwalking is scary as shit
