And! This! Is! The final chapter of arc 14! Woooo!

This one has been an interesting ride; I intended it to be as short and compact and to-the-point as possible, and while I do think I've achieved that, it ended up longer than I expected, with a lot more going on and background getting expanded and Elpida going through one of the most important processes so far. I know not all readers have enjoyed this arc as much as some previous arcs - I've gotten a bit of critique here and there during this arc, about how I've handled the limited network as a concept, and that the pacing might have been too drawn-out. I'm going to try to take some of that to heart; we will be seeing the network again in the future (I've got big plans) but probably in a different form, more akin to the hints we saw previously from Howl and such, or Shilu's introductory chapters. But! Even with that said, I am still very happy with how this part turned out.

Next, onto arc 15! Well ... almost. I suspect the next chapter is actually going to be an interlude, I've got a couple of possibilities currently jostling for position. I won't know until the words hit the page! Arc 15 itself is likely going to be very focused on one POV again - after all, we left Ooni and Ilyusha in a tight spot last time we saw them, no?
