This year I am really making my main focus to protect my energy, have my yoga goals in place and read books. I’ve kicked weed and drinking to the curb because I want to be a master at lucid dreaming, meditation and astral projection. Having a positive mindset is key; being around positive energy affects my mood in positive ways. I want to surround myself with people that motivate me and inspire me!

Whether it’s family members or people you work with, if the energy is off, cut it off. You’re not crazy for observing bad energy. Protect yourself by all means. Energy doesn’t lie! You should believe people when they make it a point for you to notice they don’t want to interact with you. And good! I don’t want to! That’s exactly why not giving a fuck is so important. I need to call myself out when I’m focusing on shit that doesn’t serve me. This year there’s no room for set backs, I’m unapologetically moving forward in ways I didn’t see possible last year.
