I started to work on this back in January, thinking it could be a great way to merge both the movie and comics versions together. I love the classic Weapon X comics and I was a little underwhelmed with the movie adaptation.
So I started to work on the face and once it was looking right I developed the concept and the gadgets, and the helmet, and slowly it became into a massive project, specially with this particular style of rendering. Still I thought I would make it on time for April, but life was like: Not on my watch!!! 😅😅😅 A lot is going on right now and I'll let you know in a later post but for now I'll be uploading all 6 variants of this portrait. I hope you like it 💜
