So....oh my goodness what a mess Vimeo is...
i can't get into Vimeo because I cannot access the email set up for it (I don't use that email for anything other than vimeo) so thanks for your support but no i cannot just press the forgot password
I set up a free vimeo account....just so I can contact customer support, on the free account they take 3 days to reply
I contacted Patreon they said they would make it urgent...that was 12 hours ago....
My friend very kindly got in touch, he can get into my account as my team member with his email, sent me an invite to the free account i set up, it wasn't recognised even though the address was the same as the invite....have messaged them....they take 3 days....
So, it's absolutely the most ridiculous customer service I have ever come across!!!
PLEASE WRITE TO PATREON ON MY BEHALF AND TELL THEM MY VIDEOS ARE LATE AND THEY NEED TO GET THIS FIXED.....
To my patrons that left (4 already) I will write to you and you will get all the content I promised even if you don't stay in October
I really appreciate your support and patience,,,so many videos coming soon......
