Summer Holiday
Added 2022-07-25 11:04:48 +0000 UTCThanks so much for the space to have a little summer break with my nephew who I haven't seen for 3 years due to lockdown.
It has been amazing. We burnt the candle at both ends, getting out in the ocean, getting to music jams in the evening, he wanted to stay in Gozo, i learned to drive a stick shift, until the clutch went, and we went back to taking buses. We have today and tomorrow together and then I take him to the airport on Wednesday. We have had 8 days together so far.
I've got a sore throat and cough, so taking it easy and chilling at home, drinking groce garlic tea, a medicine that tends to work. I am definitely not a garlic fan.
It has been magical. Everything that I was worried about worked out.
We have been surrounded by really cool young guys that my nephew could have fun with and look up to, really great male role models. We did a breathwork session, he joined me for one yoga session which his weak little body really struggled with. It's fascinating when people say "I'm not an exercise person" if you have a body, you need to exercise it. It's like making sure your car has oil. He has done a couple of meditations with me too, and after all his trips to the ocean he looks ten times healthier than when he arrived.
I will be going live either Thursday or Friday night, I am not sure yet, depending on how i feel. I will keep you posted, probably Friday, let's see. I'm hoping this throat thing will clear up quickly.
Just updating you......there will be more videos this month.....some underwater art videos and photos on the $50 tier, and more AC vlogs on the $25.....so look out for those, the last weekend of the month.....you will have all the remaining content for July (x4 a month on both $25 and $50)
