Slowing down island style
Added 2018-11-29 23:54:52 +0000 UTCMy return to London didn't last. My friends were running a workshop in Gozo and I wanted to go. The last six days have been full, magical, explosive, eye opening, breath taking, fun, loving, revealing.....and there is so much to fill you in on....
Thank you for your patience, I had some technical problems with my computer....can't wait to fill you in on the next story after this video!!

It really has been a whirlwind ride lately, I have never really had really much time for myself in my life, in the sense that I have always been working without stop and alongside dealing with the remnants of bipolar and cptsd, so sometimes things can escalate and keeping up with daily life gets temporarily disconnected until i get my focus and concentration back. Oh Suze, what are you like?!!!!
