As authentic as frickin' possible!

My head is a whirring to do list of uploading, scheduling, filming, editing, planning, and my upcoming trip to London is weighing heavily on me. I know it will be traumatising for my cats and most definitely for me too, and I am already feeling stressed and anxious about it.
Other things are weighing on me too, many of my patrons fled the nest this month, which made me sad. Staying on top of promises i have made to people, and finding time for myself to rest and relax my mind has been difficult.
I know that life comes in ebbs and flows and that it will be tense and then there will be relief, life is always like this. And yet, at this precise moment I am finding it difficult to breathe, and I am looking for the inevitable relief to come...
